I am originally from Czech Republic but based in Sydney, on the Northern Beaches for almost 14 years. Mum of 2 beautiful boys. When my first son was born I was craving some healthy but nutritional snacks to have near by when nursing. I swear I developed this hangry hunger lol. So having those snacks near by was complete lifesaver.

Also I know how hard it is to take a time to yourself, to look after yourself. So I thought it would be a great idea to get some pre or post natal treatment. Giving you much deserved and needed relaxation time. Even if it was just 10 minutes to yourself and looking after YOU!
